GETTING THE BEST RESULTS :
- There are 112 basic techniques of meditation. You may practise different techniques for minimum 7 days each.
- After having tried a few techniques like this, you will automatically feel from inside which one suits you temperamentally. Then you continue following it because it is meant for you only.
- But, please do not try to mix up two different techniques.
SUITABLE FOR ALL FAITHS :
- Anybody and everybody can learn and practise meditation. It suits people of every age, personality type or profession.
- Electricity is not Christian because it was discovered by a Christian. Atomic energy is not Jewish because of Einstein.
- Similarly, meditation was discovered by the ancient Hindu sages in India. But it does not make it a Hindu meditation.
- Thus, anyone from any religion can learn meditation without compromising with their own religious beliefs. That's its real beauty.
- It's simply a technique of experiencing The Real Truth as it unfolds in your own body in every moment of your life. Therefore, it gels with the teachings of all religions.
- In fact, throughout my life I have not met a single person who did not have any good benefits after practicing meditation regularly and consistently.
- Continue doing meditation for as much time as you want to do. There's no minimum or maximum time limit in meditation.
- Any time of the day is good enough for it.
- As a beginner, you can do it any time and any where.
- However, as you get more experience in meditation, you'll find that slowly you will feel like doing your meditation in the same place and at the same time.
- It's because that place and time start getting in tune with your InnerTrue ature and Spiritual Vibrations.
- That place and time then become more and more "Wholesome and Complete" for your Inner Being ( The word "holy" has come from the word "wholesome" only)
