THE 3 BASIC UNIVERSAL SOUNDS :

• The Universe originated from The Sound Energy. The ancient scriptures call The Original Sound as "Shabad" in The Vedas and "Word" in The Bible.
• "Aaa" is the first sound. That's the basic sound all human beings from any culture or country produce in any language.
• "Mmm" is the second sound. "Uuu" is the third sound of the trinity that unites both of them. 
• No wonder the ancient sound "Aum" reflects The Trinity Of The Three Basic Sounds Of The Universe--A, U and M. "Ameen" also has the same Trinity.
• Incidentally, that's why a triangle, not a square or a rectangle, is the strongest structure anywhere in the world.

PRODUCING LOUDLY THE SOUND 'AAA' :

• You can spea~ out loudly any word or sound from any language. You'll find that it finally ends only with "aaaaa " if your mouth is totally open. It ends with "mmmmm " if you lightly close your lips while speaking.
• That's precisely the reason all over the world in all cultures, countries and centuries all human beings always utter "aaa .... aaaa ..... aaaaa" when they are in physical or emotional pain. 
• All people everywhere always laugh and utter "ha ... haaa ..... haaaaa ... aaaaaa" whenever they are happy and jubilant.
• The first sound that a newborn baby of any animal or man produces is the same sound "Aaa".
• Similarly, after the peak experience in sexual intercourse, the grunting and most relaxing sound produced is the same"Aaa"!
• The reason is very obvious: "Aaa"--uttered with open lipsis the most relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating sound known to man.
• Therefore, in "Aaa Meditation" you utter the The First Divine Sound "Aaa" plus remain aware of its vibrations.
  

• "Aaa Meditation" is not recitation of "Aum" Mahamantra.
  Please don't play with different techniques. Simply do them as told to you without mixing together different techniques.
