HANDLING MENTAL CLUTTER :

  • After a few moments you'll suddenly remember "Oh ! I was doing meditation. What am I doing now?".
  • At this point don't feel bad or curse yourself for being absentminded or for having so much of mental clutter. Just start wherever you find yourself and begin once again.
  • It's the same "Awareness-Breathing" cycle once more. That's all.

  • As you begin to practice meditation as a beginner, your defenses and mental barriers start opening up immediately. Consequently, your suppressed feelings and stresses start coming to the surface.
