Self-hypnosis
Simply doing "Self-hypnosis" is more important than doing it perfectly. Doing daily twice a day for 20 minutes is more important than achieving some results instantly. Choose a silent place with diffuse light and fresh air and disconnect the radio, T.V. and telephone. Sit in a relaxed posture on a chair with a support for your back and your head.
The 10 Steps Of Self-hypnosis
01. Start taking deep abdominal breaths + Imagine 5-5-5 to 1-1-1. Just focus on active forceful exhalation.
02. Imagine that you are in a lift which descends from the 10th floor to the ground floor.
03. Imagine your dream house in complete detail : Whatever you want to possess is already there in your dream house. You are alone in the dream house. Go to your favorite relaxing spot and lie down in your favorite garden (in your imagination) in shav-asana.
04. Relax yourself slowly and completely from head to toes.
05. Give the auto-suggestions you want to give to yourself in this Hope Level of total relaxation.
06. Visualize an audio-video movie in your T.V. in which you have ALREADY achieved your goals.
07. Experience the feelings of joy, satisfaction and happiness at having already achieving your goals.
08. Get up from your shav-asana and go back to the lift. The lift then takes you from the ground floor to the tenth floor.
09. Imagine 1-1-1 to 5-5-5 while slowly reactivating your body.
10. Remain in silence for some time afterwards.
